Postural Restoration Institute
Several Pilates Central instructors enjoyed the weekend learning more about Postural Restoration from Jennifer Poulin, PT, PRC from the Postural Restoration Institute.

The human body is not symmetrical.  The neurological, respiratory, circulatory, muscular and vision systems are not the same on the left side of the body as they are on the right, and vice versa.  They have different responsibilities, function, position and demands on them.

Happy Spring!
A Quote from
Joseph Pilates
"(Pilates) is the equivalent of an "internal shower". As the springfreshness born of the heavy rains and vast masses of melting snows on mountains in the hinterlands cause rivers to swell and rush turbulently onward to the sea, so too will your blood flow with renewed vigor as the direct result of your faithfully performing the Contrology(Pilates) exercises."
